Since November,
2000, right after I left IBM Korea,
I started business to utilize my professionalism
as an HR expert. I knew that many companies,
large or small, local or multinational,
want to learn and adopt IBM's HR systems
and practices to theirs.
While
working in IBM, I had to meet many customers
of IBM whenever any one of them want
to learn and gladly delivered them what
I did, made and established.

Longer than 19 years of my experience
in HR Department, IBM are Establishment
of Management System, HR Policy &
Strategy, Recruiting experienced professionals,
HR I/T, application of new or revised
National labor related regulations to
HR operations, localization of IBM HQ.
directions and etc. Regarding Executive Search business, my strong
point is that I hired more than 1,500 professionals
including 40% of highly experienced ones out of
total.
I know positions requirements. I know how
to negotiate annual salaries and other compensation.
I know each one's personality as well as adoptability
to a new culture. I had a lot of opportunities of
talking with employees, managers and executives
as a designated "Agony Counselor" of IBM
Korea.
On the other hand, HR Consulting business is
even better for me because of the various achievements
which are described above including special HR projects
I had lead such as Incentive Programs, Variable
Pay System, Position Competencies, 360 degree evaluation,
Broadband system, Services Outsourcing, Business
and people integration when IBM M&A a company,
Selective Benefits Programs, Mobile Working System,
Promotion System, Employee Remunerations, etc.
My belief is that only a strong organization
with competent people can create efficient process,
can result customer satisfaction and can build strong
financial ground. Hence, people of an organization
should be regarded as the most important asset.
The basis of HR is first ATTRACTION, second DEVELOPMENT,
and the third RETENTION.
I can support all of these with my team.
